    These Terms of Service govern your use of Roadster EV Hub. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

    2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

    You must be legally permitted to use our services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

    We may require identity verification and supporting information to comply with AML, KYC, and related obligations.

    3. Nature of Services

    Roadster EV Hub lets you preorder a car and pay the one-off price or follow an installment plan. Information on the site explains those payments. It is not personal financial, tax, or legal advice.

    4. Payments

    A preorder is a purchase you agree to pay for. Installments are paid by you. Nothing is charged automatically. A payment can stay pending until a receipt is reviewed. Roadster EV Hub may delay or reject a payment where fraud, security, or account checks are not complete.

    5. Account balance

    Money you add through Fund Account stays in your wallet until you use it. Choosing Account balance spends that wallet balance on the preorder. It does not create a return, a profit, or a withdrawal.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    • Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
    • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
    • Uploading harmful code or interfering with platform operations.
    • Using another person's identity or submitting false verification data.

    7. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these terms, creates security risk, or fails compliance checks.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadster EV Hub and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
